• presentation of the Academy

• presentation about the work of the different departments of the Academy || topics: football concept | team & player development | fitness training | psychology | analysis | scouting

• conducting training sessions by the Participant of the internship (PSV youth team)
• professional observation of the Participant of the internship during training sessions and “live” feedback
• analytical feedback to the Participant of the internship on his/her training performance from PSV Coaches
• stadium tour

Scope of the programme |

• presentation of PSV DNA
• transfer of PSV DNA to fundamental principles, periodisation, training methods
• implementation of the principles into training sessions
• observation of the coaching staff’s work with the PSV Academy team: from the preparation phase through each phase of the season (team & player development)
• tools received: knowledge foundations (football aspects of the PSV) | training plans | training sessions | training drills | analyses | animations | complementary knowledge (e.g. leadership)
• forms of education: PSV videos (to be viewed at any time) | PSV printed materials | other digital content | regular preparation of a training session by the Participant (exercise form) | live sessions with PSV Experts | complementary videos | podcasts | exchange of experiences in a private forum
