Although we are standing by the position that knowledge, competence, skills and experience are definitely more important than the most prestigious document, we decided to introduce a “Certification System”.

In this way, we confirm participation in the “Education System”, present the history of education, give a merit rating, promote certified Professionals, and enable the association of certified Specialists with certified Clubs.

Each Specialist, after receiving the FDI diploma, has access to his or her profile in the internal IT-system of Football Development Institute. Relevant information on the course of collaboration and all certificates appear in a special tab.

“Certification system” includes various grades. To obtain each of them, one single criterion within a specific group must be realized.

  • successful end of 1st level of the course

  • successful end of the single-level course

  • successful end of 2nd level of the course

  • successful end of the single-level course + Mentoring program (minimum one year)

  • successful end of 2 different two-level courses

  • successful end of 1 two-level course + 1 single-level course + Mentoring program (minimum one year)

  • successful end of 3 single-level courses + Mentoring program (minimum one year)

or

  • successful end of 1 two-level course + 1 single-level course + Mentoring program (minimum two years)

or

  • successful end of 1 two-level course + 1 single-level course + Mentoring program (minimum one year) + procedure proving work according to “Football Identity of FDI” (minimum one year)

or

  • successful end of 3 one-step courses + Mentoring program (minimum one year) + procedure proving work according to “Football Identity of FDI” (minimum one year)
