Terms of the collaboration

The Specialist’s candidature is not considered until the submission of a full dossier, relevant to the requirements of the specific internship.

FDI reserves the right to reject an application without stating a reason.

The processing of the next steps of the cooperation starts only when the Specialist has paid the full internship costs.

In case of cancellation of the internship by the FDI already after payment of the internship costs (type: published internship offer) or in case of failure to present the internship offer by the FDI within 45 days of settlement of the full internship costs (type: completed form), the entire amount will be refunded to the Specialist.

Due to the need to constantly maintain the professionalism and credibility of the FDI in its dealings with Clubs, the resignation of a Specialist from participating in an internship after the covering costs of the internship (type: published internship offer) or the refusal of a Specialist to accept a educational internship – matching the criteria set (type: completed form) – will result in the retention of 50% of the funds, booked as covering costs of the collaboration.

FDI will make every effort to fulfil the complete criteria for the preferred internship (type: completed form), but this will not be possible in every case. We will then endeavour to provide an offer that meets expectations as closely as possible.
